Fish:

Fish contains essential fatty acids that help boost immunity.  So the child does not suffer from fever-cold-cough easily and stays fresh from inside.

Swabbin:

Soybean contains healthy oil which is useful for increasing the height of the baby.

Dry Fruits:

Walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, raisins, dates increase the capacity of the cardiovascular system many times.

Note: Never use oil spices in baby food.  Do not eat rich food.  And before following the food list, you must consult your doctor.  The ideal bedtime for a baby should be between 10pm.  So you can feed it with a little warm milk with honey every day before going to bed.

Things to keep in mind while feeding your baby

1. Try to eat things like fast food and cold drinks as late as possible.  Don't listen if you insist.  Eat more fresh food.

2. Keep a close eye on meal timing.  If you follow the routine, the child will get hungry at the right time and can eat full stomach.

3. Do not give snacks or liquids before lunch or dinner.

4. A meal should not take more than 20 minutes.

5. Observe whether the child is allergic to gluten or lactose-like foods during meals and make changes in the corresponding food accordingly.

6. Don't force it and be patient.  Don't feed while watching TV or videos on your phone.
